Iris Bellydance settles in at CKE Eindhoven! Now we have a location to unleash the power of the shimmy. With monthly workshops for continuing and advanced dancers throughout the year, Iris Bellydance provides a very convenient course you can customise to suit your Egyptian dancing needs... AND your schedule!

After a successful first season we're here to stay at the CKE. Teaching within the walls of a the incredible community that has been my constant happy place for the past 10 years felt like coming home. Happy teacher means happy students! Are you ready?

Workshops

Iris is available for basic/introductory workshops suited to specific events such as birthday parties, bachelorette parties (women only), teambuilding activities, etc. in which you'll be taught some of the basic movements within the Oriental dances, and either a combination or short choreography to dance for your guests or share with the bride to be.

She also teaches specialised workshops geared towards dancers at any level ranging from experienced beginners to professional dancers. The workshop topics inside will give you some insight into the possibilities. Contact Iris for prices and possibilities.

Choreography

Iris takes commissions to create your next new choreography! Looking to dance a choreography in a competition or show but frightened by the task of choreographing your next piece? Iris will create a unique choreography which you will own completely. From a competition-ready entrance routine or edgy drumsolo to your next Egyptian classic or (electro) shaabi piece... The possibilities are endless. Prices start from € 250,00 + VAT (21 %).

Want to take your first steps in Egyptian dance?

Performance

Iris is available for performances for your event, party or festival. Iris has worked extensively with cliënts from all over the Middle-East and North Africa, mostly catering to Moroccan, Algerian, Tuniasian, Egyptian, Sudanese, Palestinian, Iraqi and Lebanese clients as well as parties closer to home, for western European audiences and Turkish clients alike. A number of different arrangements and dance styles are possible in agreement with Iris.

Performances usually range between anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minute sets, usually containing an entrance piece, drumsolo and either a specialty piece (folklore or balady) or a moment for interaction with your audience.

Private coaching

Iris is available to coach dancers at any level for both stage pieces and training purposes. Whether you need help reviewing your next performance or competition piece, are looking to perfect your technique, work on musicality and interpretation, extend your movement vocabulary, obtain some new combinations or work on one of Iris' specialty themes, private coaching for solo dancers or small groups are both available.

Prices start at € 40,00 per hour + travelling expenses & VAT (21 %).
